Professional and caring It took me over a month to figure out a formula that would alleviate the pain. The staff at Columbia Care were so patient and knowledgeable. Kristen especially was compassionate and ever so patient with me. Her advice was perfect. I'm hoping in the future Columbia will offer a better variety of products. I tried and tried to get someone to answer the phone, but it took three hours. No one would answer after being on hold for a long time. I talked to the receptionist three times before someone finally talked to me. I won't be back.
