Horrible services Horrible services. The appointment was never confirmed and then cancelled without notice. When I called. No one new about it. There is a disconnected between this site and the providers. Would not recommend.

St Pete location, doc a no show St Pete location. Had a 9:00 appointment. Showed up early had to wait as door was locked. Another employee shows up and has to knock on door to get employee off her phone and open door. Turns out that there is no doctor scheduled and they knew this the day before. Had to drive 45 minutes to another location for 9:45 appointment and was seen at 10:30. There are other options besides this company

Professional and caring It took me over a month to figure out a formula that would alleviate the pain. The staff at Columbia Care were so patient and knowledgeable. Kristen especially was compassionate and ever so patient with me. Her advice was perfect. I'm hoping in the future Columbia will offer a better variety of products. This whole experience has been life changing for me.

Got my card in July after visiting… Got my card in July after visiting there office seemed nice on my visit. Well I tried applying twice over the phone/net to have them increase my limit and twice nothing happened just waisted my time. Card came up for renew which is $75 online well they told me it was a hundred to renew. Saw the doctor who was extremely sick when I visited the office, he was stumbling and using the walls to support him. He said he put in a increase on that visit, but same bull as the last two times. Don’t waste your time going to this office next to the breakfast station they only want your money. I have met several people working in the dispensary that get 4oz and a few were 100lbs soaking wet I’m a 180 lbs man and I can’t get a half oz increase from my doctor. Don’t go here do your homework. This review is not out of anger so take it seriously 😳
