This office has been the worst… This office has been the worst experience. I am on a low income budget so I went to this office to take advantage of the monthly payments. I had been working through customer service issues with 'their system' which automatically charges you every month even if you place no orders and don't have any active recommendations from your doctor. After a back and forth they finally agreed to waive the fees the system was automatically charging me. I went a month getting orders like normal before they attempted to collect the fees again the following month. They shut down all my recs after that and refused to open them until I paid the fee. So they went back on their word and they hung up on me. I am not rude on the phone...I am just low income and trying to get anxiety medication.

Got my card in July after visiting… Got my card in July after visiting there office seemed nice on my visit. Well I tried applying twice over the phone/net to have them increase my limit and twice nothing happened just waisted my time. Card came up for renew which is $75 online well they told me it was a hundred to renew. Saw the doctor who was extremely sick when I visited the office, he was stumbling and using the walls to support him. He said he put in a increase on that visit, but same bull as the last two times. Don’t waste your time going to this office next to the breakfast station they only want your money. I have met several people working in the dispensary that get 4oz and a few were 100lbs soaking wet I’m a 180 lbs man and I can’t get a half oz increase from my doctor. Don’t go here do your homework. This review is not out of anger so take it seriously 😳

Forget the card. . . Your website is too cramped and hard to read. It only refers me to three doctors, but not my own clinic barely a mile away nor any of the dispensaries I frequent. Oddly, when I increase the location distance from 5 to 100 miles, I get the same results! Makes me think this is a very bad website or you're just filtering patients to these three clinics. As a side note, I decided to blow-off renewing my MMJ card. It's a pain to do it. Somebody should make it easier and cheaper "The second time around." And if you look at the big picture. . . . sure, you get a small break on taxes over recreational, but how much pot do you have to buy to make up the difference after paying near $200 for a card?
