I am extremely pleased with the customer service, I am extremely pleased with the customer service, extremely fast shipping, and good quality hair that I ordered. The hair is soft and there is no shedding straight out of the package. I saw the review of this hair and had to try it and I absolutely love it and am glad I ordered from website. The customer service is better than some of the expensive hair companies. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience.

I just want to say that I apologize for… I just want to say that I apologize for the review I wish the communication was better. I did receive my refund in a timely manner. I must admit quite frustration on my part because of going through something similar with another company I was looking forward to wearing my wig at a certain time and it didn’t come. SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I purchased clip in hair extensions and not only were they the wrong color, they were the wrong length as well! When i tried calling the hotline number, It was answered by a woman who sounded like it was her home with no noise in the background who couldn't speak english. she told me to then text the whatsapp number to make my complaint and when i tried to they responded with "don't worry i will check later." WHAT?! how is this professional or a way to run a business. Turns out they refuse to pay return shipping even though they sent the wrong product so returning would have cost almost as much as my refund when i was not even certain they would give me my refund when they recieved it. Absolutely atrocious, never ever buy from them.. the quality was even disappointing!

This wig came to me within a week of… This wig came to me within a week of payment, and the customization was simply amazing. All I did was bleach my knots and pluck a tad bit more hair for the front. Overall quality: minimal shedding and very soft. Definitely will buy from this company again.

Honesty would give zero stars if i… Honesty would give zero stars if i could. So i have ordered twice from this company. my first order was fine. I even loved the product so naturally i wanted to order again. But that was a mistake. When i received the product for the second time, (the same wig i got before) I hated it. The wig was poor quality, very thin to the point you could see the tracks, basically it looked nothing like the first wig i purchased. But the worst part for me was the customer service. I emailed them about how i was unhappy with their product. And they was very unhelpful. They literally kept pushing for a discount. No matter what i said they didn't care, just wanted my money. So after a week with emailing them, I was sick of them telling me my only solution was a discount on the next purchase. So I opened a disputed with PayPal.
