This was the worst hair buying… This was the worst hair buying experience. After several calls and a dispute with PayPal I finally received the wig almost a month after purchased. The hair is hard doesn’t feel good when you run your fingers through it. They sent me what looks like a 12in instead of the 16 I paid for. I’m so disappointed. Looks nothing like the picture. First and last time buying from this company

Exceeds expectations Exceeds expectations! These are the best bangs clips I've ever bought! These bangs are really good value for money. They go perfectly with my hair and are thick and beautiful. Others have mentioned a smell in their reviews and I don't smell anything. They also blend in nicely. I told my kids and their father and they couldn't tell. I can wear my hair up or down with no problem. The only thing I have to do is pin them up with black bobby pins just in case. That's just me being a little paranoid. If this one breaks, I'll definitely get another one.

Honesty would give zero stars if i… Honesty would give zero stars if i could. So i have ordered twice from this company. my first order was fine. I even loved the product so naturally i wanted to order again. But that was a mistake. When i received the product for the second time, (the same wig i got before) I hated it. The wig was poor quality, very thin to the point you could see the tracks, basically it looked nothing like the first wig i purchased. But the worst part for me was the customer service. I emailed them about how i was unhappy with their product. And they was very unhelpful. They literally kept pushing for a discount. No matter what i said they didn't care, just wanted my money. So after a week with emailing them, I was sick of them telling me my only solution was a discount on the next purchase. So I opened a disputed with PayPal.

Ordered five (5) bundles of Virgin… Ordered five (5) bundles of Virgin Cambodian Raw Soft Kinky Curly (26") hair on 23 September 2022 and received on 03 October 2022. I wish I knew how to post pictures on here so that I could illustrate the *quality* [insert sarcasm] of this hair, and would be happy to do so if someone could tell me how. The hair is not thick from weft to tip. There are whole sections of the weft where the hair is perhaps 6"-8" in length then a few strands will be the stated length. Additionally, I stretched the hair slightly with low, blow dryer, heat and then wet the hair to see if the texture would revert; suffice to say that didn't happen. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of washing all 5 bundles [even though I only unraveled one] so... :( I gave this product one star because the weft is thin. Other than that, it's a HARD NO. All I can say is my bad for not coming to Trust Pilot FIRST before purchasing from this company. 😕 FYI: For some reason, TP won't let me submit the review with today's [03 October 2022] date; the date of the experience...

SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM. I ordered a black wang218 wig for my wife back in January 2018. The product I received was hideous. Not even remotely resembling the shape or color of the wig shown on the website. After getting return instructions from Lili at Essewigs, I mailed the wig back to Lili via USPS with tracking info. China does not provide tracking info back to USPS. Lili has refused many requests to issue a refund for $80. Instead they want to coerce me into buying something else from their website. Stay away from this company. Note: I have pictures of the item listed on the website, the item received, proof of return shipment, and the email exchanges with this company.
