I called the building management and asked for their Directory, and they told me there is no company under this name. if you guys don't believe me or you don't believe other people who already wrote their reviews or experience with this company, PLEASE, PLEASE do your research before you hand your money to them. Or to any company. DO NOT HIRE FICTIVE STUDIOS. I AM ONE OF THE FIRST COSTUMER. EVERYTHING THAT YOU WILL READ ON THEIR WEBSITES ARE A LIE. If you Decide to hire this company, MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR VIRTUAL MEETING AND IDENTIFICATION. and that’s what you should do when you hire a company. 1. Check, search for the address. 2. ask for their business license. 3. Ask for a Mobil app and websites that they have deployed- Call the owner and ask who built it. 4. Ask for their LinkedIn account. None of the people that work for Fictive Studios doesn't have a LinkedIn account. This is not a commercial building. Fictive Studios also claimed they have 11 years of excellence. It’s a lie, this company started in July 2020 by a FAKE NAME Matt Luchen. I HAVE A PROOF. They claimed they’ve Deployed 110 Mobile Apps. THEY CAN NOT PROVE THIS. They deployed ZERO Mobil app. And also ZERO Website. I CAN PROVE THIS. DO YOUR RESEARCH. DON’T JUST PAY OR HIRE ANY COMPANY. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I asked for a logo design and a PES… I asked for a logo design and a PES FILE for embroidery. They talked me into getting a bigger package. So when they were done i didn't get a pes file like i asked for originally. I got everything elese. So i started trying to contact the guys that i had did business with they were very short with me. I told them that i didn't get my PES Fine. When i finally got the file 3 weeks into doing business with the it wouldn't stitch out correctly. Live and Learn. Not happy with these guys at all. Wasted 280.00
