They have dragged this project on for over a year and now there is no communication or response to my inquiries.The contact person suddenly disappeared. Shawn

HORRIBLE COMPANY running a fast scam on you! Do yourself a favor, save your money and find another web design company!! This company works hard to GET YOUR MONEY! They promised you the world all the while asking you for more money and more money. They will call you over and over to work on your project until they get your money then it's a slow crawl just to get things done. They kept telling me my website was ready to go live but it was loaded with errors. I had to continue to catch errors and correct them on countless things from the beginning to the end. They promised 2 years of free hosting but after the first year they took my site down and charged me $800 for one year of hosting. They charge $5000-$7,000 for trademark and $1,000 for copyright. When I refuse to purchase it. They told me that it was a must before my website could go live. I found out later that you do not have to purchase a trademark to have a website. I knew something was wrong with this company charged my credit card $2 repeatedly 25 times in a row just to make a $50 payment. When I asked for the reason the guy told me they needed to make their processing number to the merchant service for the month. They promised me email addresses with my domain name but it took forever to get the emails to work. When some of the emails addresses was finally working they gave me a password and told me that I will never be able to change it. Now that's not secure and I'm not comfortable with using them. This was a horrible horrible experience with a horrible horrible company!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is the Web-Mobile app made by Fictive Studios and Webilistic - Matt Luchen for our company. This is supposed to be an e-commerce website. After 7 months I just have to let them go, they could not figure out the payment integration or process. So if you want to know if this place has the skill to build a simple e-commerce check 'megadolls.app'. This is the sum-up of the company's lack of; 1. Human resources - they do not have skilled technical engineers to build a simple website. 2. Professionalism and integrity. 'megadolls.app' contents are our company's materials that they posted online without our permission. DO NOT give any of your valuable materials to Webilistic even with a signed NDA, If you are about to start work with them make sure that the person provided you a virtual meeting and proof of their identification before sending them more money since you will not be able to track this company, they do not have an office at One Gateway Center, Newark, NJ 07102, if you call the One Gateway Center management they would be able to tell you that this company does not exist in their building. Or, if you google map Fictive Studios address, 17622 Rose Summit Ln, Richmond, TX 77407it will take you to the middle of nowhere in Texas. Their Facebook pages are set up as a 'Community Page' and not as a business page. They set it up as a community - not to allow anyone to write a review. Do your research first before spending money on Webilistic, The Design Orbit, or Fictive Studios. If you really need a good company to build your web app or software, go to LinkedIn for a legitimate company where you can verify the company and the identity of the employees. The manager I dealt with Webilistic and Fictive Studios - MATT LUCHEN doesn't have a LinkedIn account or any of his colleagues. To Matt Luchen, I walked away quietly from your company's failure of delivering my order and with plenty of financial losses and time, and for you to post our materials online via megadolls.app is very low, childish, and unprofessional. May the finite time we all have gives you a chance to grow up Matt Luchen.
