Worst company ever Worst company ever, they have not yet delivered my package its been 5 days since it has went out for delivery, and no one answers the phone its just a machine. 90% chance they stole the package

They don't deliver it... They don't deliver on time. They don't update their tracking data with anything useful. You cannot talk to anyone. They have the worst reviews on Google and BBB. Waiting on phone delivery from Apple, no one seems to know where it is but Apple says I should wait 3 more days. Today finally I hear it is lost...really? With all the bad reviews of lost packages, and horrible service why is Apple using them?

The good, the bad and the ugly... As with everything now days, there are certainly Pro's and Con's with this company. Pro's: Marina J. with their customer service team was extremely helpful and very prompt to respond. She answered all of my questions about my delivery. + 5 stars, just for her alone! Con's: (a lot more than Pro's) Their tracking technology is severely lacking... on par with 1999 era tracking... Do not expect any updates on your delivery and you're super lucky if you even have access to a tracking number. With that said, there is no way to know when or if your parcel is out for delivery, and if you have a parcel where someone 21+ needs to be there... well, saddle up! You'll need to have someone 21+ home 24/7 in case they deliver it. If not, trying to get them to re-deliver is an absolute nightmare!! There is no way to do it from their website, and their "contact me" form does not seem to get the same response time as emailing them directly (email is listed on their website)... in fact, I'm still waiting for a response from my "contact me" request. Very frustrating if you need to be away from home for work, kids, life, etc.. because there is absolutely no way to see tracking updates. -Minus 2 stars for the extra gray stress hairs I now have!

Ordered from Sephora while in North Las… Ordered from Sephora while in North Las Vegas. Errors occur. We listed a typo in the address. Package could not be delivered to correct address. But second error was the Deliver-it driver could not find correct number. So driver took photos of two houses with the noted address not existing. THEN driver noted that delivery was “Attempted” BUT also noted on delivery document that the package was left at front door of incorrect address. (We walked to that address and spoke with people who accused us of saying they stole the package). NEXT ERROR was driver not phoning the contact number to clarify delivery address. When we bought from Sephora they wanted a contact phone number, why didn’t they use the number? NEXT PROBLEM was that it took two days to communicate in a meaningful exchange on what/where package was or when it would be delivered. DELIVER-It did not have a usable phone number to speak with a live customer service agent. Everything needed to be done by email. 4 days later we finally had a rescheduled delivery date. We would opt not to use DELIVER-IT. NO LIVE AGENT TO SPEAK WITH. TRULY NERVE WRACKING.
