CAOrdered from Sephora while in North Las… Ordered from Sephora while in North Las Vegas. Errors occur. We listed a typo in the address. Package could not be delivered to correct address. But second error was the Deliver-it driver could not find correct number. So driver took photos of two houses with the noted address not existing. THEN driver noted that delivery was “Attempted” BUT also noted on delivery document that the package was left at front door of incorrect address. (We walked to that address and spoke with people who accused us of saying they stole the package). NEXT ERROR was driver not phoning the contact number to clarify delivery address. When we bought from Sephora they wanted a contact phone number, why didn’t they use the number? NEXT PROBLEM was that it took two days to communicate in a meaningful exchange on what/where package was or when it would be delivered. DELIVER-It did not have a usable phone number to speak with a live customer service agent. Everything needed to be done by email. 4 days later we finally had a rescheduled delivery date. We would opt not to use DELIVER-IT. NO LIVE AGENT TO SPEAK WITH. TRULY NERVE WRACKING.
