GBThe good, the bad and the ugly... As with everything now days, there are certainly Pro's and Con's with this company. Pro's: Marina J. with their customer service team was extremely helpful and very prompt to respond. She answered all of my questions about my delivery. + 5 stars, just for her alone! Con's: (a lot more than Pro's) Their tracking technology is severely lacking... on par with 1999 era tracking... Do not expect any updates on your delivery and you're super lucky if you even have access to a tracking number. With that said, there is no way to know when or if your parcel is out for delivery, and if you have a parcel where someone 21+ needs to be there... well, saddle up! You'll need to have someone 21+ home 24/7 in case they deliver it. If not, trying to get them to re-deliver is an absolute nightmare!! There is no way to do it from their website, and their "contact me" form does not seem to get the same response time as emailing them directly (email is listed on their website)... in fact, I'm still waiting for a response from my "contact me" request. Very frustrating if you need to be away from home for work, kids, life, etc.. because there is absolutely no way to see tracking updates. -Minus 2 stars for the extra gray stress hairs I now have!
