Monday.com has a lot of capabilities Monday.com has a lot of capabilities, but the platform can be unreliable and difficult to use. Some of the automations and integrations are hard to set up. If you have the time to persevere then there's n doubt that the software is extremely useful.

Monday.com has made things so smooth in… Monday.com has made things so smooth in our office. Client follow up is a breeze. It has also allowed our team to work remotely when needed. It also makes team communication so easy. In addition Monday.com has helped us solidify responsibilities. Automations - set it a forget it.

I love this platform and have used it… I love this platform and have used it at two jobs so far and have found it helps drive better efficiency and accountability. Seriously one of the best UX and so easy to use without needing to know a lot about integrations or dev work. While I've barely tapped into the full potential I've been a power user and have spread the good word about this tool. Compared to other PM tools this has a clean UX and is built to be as intuitive as possible.

Very unintuitive and difficult to use Very unintuitive and difficult to use. Their videos on Workflow Automation are outdated so bear no resemblence to your current board. Impossible to use a template in an email automation, you have to type evey one by hand. I've given up now and come here to expose the difficulty of use. Use at your peril. Very poor software.

Beware Beware! They have been taking extra money out of my account without my approval or knowledge. At first, they denied it but they are now backtracking and have agreed to refund some of the money. Apparently, it was all down to a "technical issue". I agree with what people are saying about poor customer service. They didn't want to help until I took it further. They don't respond to reviews which says a lot about them as a company. Anyway, I would consider looking elsewhere as these guys are very sneaky and to be honest, the product is getting a bit dated.
