VERY VERY BAD VERY VERY BAD. Please if you are reading this DO NOT purchase hair on this website. I know it might seem cheap but it’s not worth the headache. I waited 20 days for my hair to arrive, I mean 20 days!! Meanwhile I was asking for informations to the customer service ,afraid they had just stolen my money. The customer care reassured me and said they were going to send a DOUBLE GIFT as compensation. Cool right?! When the hair finally arrived on the 10th February (made the payment the 20th January)it was, of course just one. So I asked the same person where was the “double gift” she talked about and she said that that was not her company. Wow.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service! When I received my order, the bundles were the wrong length. I immediately emailed Lilia to inform them of the mix up with a pic for proof. When I received a response they were very apologetic, and explained that I could return the bundles in exchange for the correct length, or keep the bundles with a $10 credit. Of course, I needed the bundles so I decided to return them. I explained that I needed the correct bundles before my scheduled hair appointment. Everyday we had communication and both parties agreed that we would be trustworthy and send the bundles back to them and them to me. After I sent confirmation to them that I put the bundles in the mail, they let me know they were sending the correct bundles to me. Today, I received the correct bundles and they will receive the returned bundles tomorrow. All before my scheduled appointment. This was only a 5 day process. Great customer service and communication!!!! 10/10 in my book!
