The hair I ordered was not received the… The hair I ordered was not received the style and the density were less than the pictured shown. Customer service offered a $10.00 refund on a $135.00 purchase to show good faith. What the Heck!!! And they kept trying to get me to buy the same wig that I originally ordered for $110.00 more.

VERY VERY BAD VERY VERY BAD. Please if you are reading this DO NOT purchase hair on this website. I know it might seem cheap but it’s not worth the headache. I waited 20 days for my hair to arrive, I mean 20 days!! Meanwhile I was asking for informations to the customer service ,afraid they had just stolen my money. The customer care reassured me and said they were going to send a DOUBLE GIFT as compensation. Cool right?! When the hair finally arrived on the 10th February (made the payment the 20th January)it was, of course just one. So I asked the same person where was the “double gift” she talked about and she said that that was not her company. Wow.
