Its IMPOSSIBLE there is no customer service .E tried Facebook also and all contacts .NOTHING after all my STRESS finally they reply but didn't tell me the address to sent back the item another drag....more Stress finally I got the address and sent back the item .I never got my refund as I should and I lost the product and my money 200£.I FELT is IF I was assaulted my hard earned money gone . No I do not recommend it because if the product is not suitable then trouble on the way.very unethical and dishonest business.

IMPOSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SELLER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shipment was fast! The order only take 1 week to arrive to texas, but on the hair extensions i ordered i only received 7 pieces when on the description say 8 pieces, and i can't communicate withe the seller or customer service, neither by phone, whatsapp, email, messenger or chat IMPOSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SELLER, THEY DON'T ANSWER MY CALLS, EMAILS OR TEXTS!!! THE HAIR TOPPER I ORDER IS barely no hair. It looks very real, the hair looks very natural but littlE hair. I'M OKAY WITH THE HAIR TOPPER BUT My main problem is I'm short on the hair extensions they only give me 7 pieces and they don't answer me to resolve my issue!

Bought from these based on their… Bought from these based on their website reviews was a little sceptical after reading trust pilot reviews it did take longer then 7-10 days to arrive took around 3 weeks. I am based in uk. I ordered a hair topper paid little over 200 pounds its a free part. I be honest I wasn't expecting much as I didn't have high hopes but when it arrived it is really good the hair is soft the hair line looks natural and can be parted anyways. The only thing I will say is it could do with some more clips as it only has 4 and feels a little loose but I can add them myself. I now have to get my hairdresser to put the colour in the topper to match my hair. Overall very happy as its a fraction of the price and you wouldn't find one anywhere else thats human hair and free part will definitely be ordering from these again. I do think the only other thing is the contact is difficult with the company as they can take too long to respond to messages so maybe a better messaging system.

Excellent Excellent, good quality and coverage. Hair is silky soft. Shipping took much longer than expected though.
