Hi have had a very traumatic… Hi have had a very traumatic experience with this seller .when I received the product and realize that was not suitable for me I immediately contact them. Its IMPOSSIBLE there is no customer service .E tried Facebook also and all contacts .NOTHING after all my STRESS finally they reply but didn't tell me the address to sent back the item another drag....more Stress finally I got the address and sent back the item .I never got my refund as I should and I lost the product and my money 200£.I FELT is IF I was assaulted my hard earned money gone . No I do not recommend it because if the product is not suitable then trouble on the way.very unethical and dishonest business.

I ordered a hair topper on 7/14 and… I ordered a hair topper on 7/14 and paid extra for faster shipping(5-7 business days). Waited until 7/25 but it never came. Tried emailing them 3 times-no response. Their live chat assistant is not responding either. I even tried their facebook page still nothing. AND on my order receipt page it says that i ordered it and paid but the order status is still "Unfulfilled". So the whole thing seems to be a scam. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and purchasing another topper elsewhere. Very disappointing!
