Would honestly give them zero stars! Would honestly give them no stars my package was lost and I asked if they can send me a new one. They declined and told me that I can only receive $10 for a refund after I paid more than $10 for their freaking wig mind you FedEx put out an investigation and then the wig company never wanted to help find my wig. They pretty much tried to ignore all my emails The customer service is crap, I would never buy from them again.

I was so excited about my full lace… I was so excited about my full lace wig. But after washing it and semi-dyeing it the hair was not the same. It begin to tangle and shed tremendously till the point i had to dispose it. Overall, i am willing to give the company one more another shot

Not What I Expected I was excited about receiving this unit, however, it was not what I expected. The curl pattern is not like the picture reflected on the website. Also, the shape/style of the hair unit is not the same as the unit on the website. You will need to cut the unit if you want it to look exactly like the pictureon the website. The hair at the nape of your neck mattes very easily as well. In order to maintain a nice curl pattern, you have to use a lot of styling mousse to set it. You will need to bleach your knots as well in order for the lace to look more realistic.

Professional seller who communicated… Professional seller who communicated with me throughout the entire process. The hair is good quality and is affordable. This will be the only place I will shop for my extensions. Got the curly u part unit in 14 inches and it is now the hair I reach for on a daily basis. Worth every cent 😊😊😊!!
