Poorest Quality Wig I ordered Alimice 2940 in November, 2022. What they sent me was not fit for a dead dog. I returned, per their instructions in December, and until this day they have never refunded my card.

Be careful before you order Be careful before you order. I feel this company is a scum. I purchased a hair several months ago and the hair did not look like the one shown on their website. I then started to do a return. That is when my nightmare with this company started. I have done everything including pictures of the hair still in its box, and a picture of the return label, and I have sent them a tracking number which they have confirmed a receipt. They made me go back to their website to make more payment if I wanted them to exchange it which I did and sent them the receipt. it's been over two months now and I have still not received my replacement hair. Forget it if you need a refund, they do not give a refund.

I truly want to apologize for previously giving them a poor rating. Now I understand that they were inundated by a huge amount of orders and could not readily address my needs. Delivery was a little late even though… Delivery was a little late even though i paid for express, perhaps due to Chinese New Year not sure as no explanation given. When we did reach out, delivery came in 2 days. Quality of wigs is not questionable. Would i purchase from Alimice hair again. Yes i would.

This will be the only place I will shop for my extensions. Got the curly u part unit in 14 inches and it is now the hair I reach for on a daily basis. Worth every cent 😊😊😊!!
