GBRead the fine print before you move… Read the fine print before you move forward. You are stuck with their 1 month service fee no matter the quality of leads. 4 leads so far and 2 of them are homes under contract (PENDING) garbage, the 3rd was in another State, because it's close to my state (Not licensed there so more garbage) and the fourth was a mobile home (not licensed to sell those nor do I want to be)....so yes, if you want to light $300 on fire, go for it. Otherwise read the fine print and know what you are about to pay for.

GBThe seller leads boast an acceptable… The seller leads boast an acceptable conversion rate. However, upon collecting reviews on my Google and Zillow profiles, notable improvements surfaced. Cancellation flexibility proved vital; though I paused twice initially, consistent efforts over 8 months outperformed my sphere of influence, achieving better results with this lead source. Diversifying sources is indeed key. Nevertheless, it's worth noting that some leads lack information or contain incorrect numbers. customer service tends to be a tad slow in responding. But that's a minor issue I've also experienced with other companies I've tried before. Lead quality is what matters most to me.

GBDON'T waste your money! If I wanted to get "Leads" that were already on the market with other agents, I could just look at MLS myself. They don't screen any of the bogus info they give you & that has been a majority of what "leads" I have received. It has been a total waste of $200. 1st & last time I ever attempt to buy leads. It is honestly a joke!! They have a chat feature online to appear available for assistance, but the kicker is they're NEVER on it & it takes 3-4 days to get any sort of response. So if you have an issue good luck getting through to anyone in a reasonable time frame. I'm not sure why I had such a bad experience considering so many glowing reviews, but if I can save anyone else the money then I will. Save yourself the headache, seriously!

GBI have a $315 subscription I have a $315 subscription, and I've engaged with 58 buyer leads since I started last month. Results have taken some time, but I recently closed a deal with a buyer lead who, in turn, referred me to a friend to help them find a property. The GCI from that deal is already good, and the referral is extra, but that's expected when you excel at your job. I have an appointment with another lead in February, waiting for them to finish their taxes before proceeding, but it doesn't count until it's a closed deal. I'm considering increasing my budget; currently, I have a positive opinion of the service, although I had to contact support for some leads with faulty data, and they take a bit to respond.
