I've been using ziptitan for 6 months… I've been using ziptitan for 6 months now and the takeaway is positive. Starting was a snap and the leads has been steady. Granted, I've run into a few dud phone numbers, but overall, the ROI has been great. Customer service could be a touch quicker, but its not a deal-breaker. They say upping my budget could lower my cost per lead, so im giving that shot next. I'll be back to let you know how that goes.

DON'T waste your money! If I wanted to get "Leads" that were already on the market with other agents, I could just look at MLS myself. They don't screen any of the bogus info they give you & that has been a majority of what "leads" I have received. It has been a total waste of $200. 1st & last time I ever attempt to buy leads. It is honestly a joke!! They have a chat feature online to appear available for assistance, but the kicker is they're NEVER on it & it takes 3-4 days to get any sort of response. So if you have an issue good luck getting through to anyone in a reasonable time frame. I'm not sure why I had such a bad experience considering so many glowing reviews, but if I can save anyone else the money then I will. Save yourself the headache, seriously!

Absolutely the worst product possible Absolutely the worst product possible. I was lied to in reference to how many leads I would get in my market. however, I did get leads too far from my market. A total waste of $2,400 and they promised a partial refund but liers are liers. Run as fast as you can.

ZipTitan Has No Customer Services I used them previously and got several buyer leads. However, I used them recently and didn't get one single lead. I contacted them to ask for a credit to be applied to a different zip code and no one responded. They don't have a telephone number available. I sent several emails and contacted them on Facebook and no one has responded.
