GBFast customer service Sam took over and was friendly and very responsive. She viewed my case/claim and took action as she saw fit. Very happy with the customer service so far, especially because I have a lot of contact with them.

GBHonestly it's not bad Honestly it's not bad but the inability to get new high reward games is lacking it's all the same it's quite sad 2 homescape 4 raid shadow legends all the same quests to level up ur game choices please the masses

GBI had to send a lot of personal info I had to send a lot of personal info, and multiple screen shot to prove I made the purchase. And then wait days to get a resolution. It’s discouraging to used tapjoy with a purchase. I have used it in the past with no problem.

GBConversation ID# 1884864 I contacted Tapjoy regarding missing rewards. their new system is garbage. I have more than 6 rewards missing currently on the game RAID Shadow Legends. they are making me submit each claim one by one and i can not submit a claim until the other one is finished. The worst part about this is that they now have a time-limit in place for how long you can submit a claim after the game is completed. Thus, I will be missing out on over 200k+ gems because of this time limit and their lack of completing a simple request to obtain my rewards. I have spent more than $200 USD to earn these rewards and now will not have the opportunity to receive them. The only way i can see TapJoy making this right is by granting me the rewards for this game since i will run out of time to make the proper claims... Highly disappointed with the turn around time of claims and the new time-limit put into place for how long i can make a claim..... they are stealing money from you and putting it into the pockets of large games without providing the proper payout...

GBQuick and helpful customer care team Quick and helpful customer care team. However a lot of the apps featured do not pay out automatically and require contact with the customer care team. This isn't a fault of Tapjoy but I hope they are following up with these developers who I imagine have got out of paying for a lot of gems.
