Some Call Me Crunchy
GBVery Happy! Excellent team of people to work with. I have worked with EmberTribe multiple times for different projects and they have been really wonderful. Their team has helped me to promote and advertise my products and some special events. They communicated well and have helped me to build a customer base via my newsletter. Thankful for their expertise!

GBNever use for PPC. 5k gone. We commissioned ember tribe on a monthly Spend of 5k a month for a set number of leads for roofing. We provided consistent feedback on each referral during their campaign. They utilize all in one networking white label system as their own, this meant that ads were hard to adjust when we saw it wasn’t aligning with our brand, getting poor leads to customers who weren’t interested, and very bad home servicing demographics that didn’t match our pricing structure. Demographics such as tenants who are unable to making purchasing decisions, customers looking for a free roof or repair, mobile/smaller/homes isolated from other door knocking opportunities, and lower income areas where disposable income for the type of roof we install isn’t feasible. All this was explained. Our sales people were blamed for not following up, not being able to close, etc. no one can buy from us if they don’t/can’t finance or have the capital. Pretty basic knowledge. Would stay away from them. Discussed our displeasure with them and was told they would run more ads for 2500 and not take the 2500 amount they paid themselves. This is grossly overpaid for a white label service that All in one networking is providing them. They touted woosender as the best thing that it would automate appointment setting but they had no accurately set up - we had in-house staff working to understand it and how that process would work with our sales staff and then setting the appointment. Very convoluted and no sense of direction. Do not use.

GBEmber Tribe Left me $4,400 in the hole. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. In fact, I’ve delayed doing so for months. But in the end, I decided it wouldn’t be fair to others to not share my experience. The truth is, EmberTribe left me $4,400 in the hole. Here’s my story: After my initial strategy call, I was excited. The owner himself had told me he was incredibly confident they could take fledgling but profitable business to the big leagues. It would cost me $3,000 a month. After expressing my concern about paying that much a month, they offered me $2,500/month in exchange for a significant share of future profits (in hindsight, it was a pretty raw deal, but I really wanted to get an “expert” working on my ads instead of me, the novice). They sent me some testimonial videos that really made it sound like they knew their stuff, and I signed up. I was assigned a team and the project kicked off. In fairness, my offer involves a travel deal, and right after we started, Covid hit. I was extremely patient, since I assumed Covid was impacting their ability to get results. But there was something nagging at me too… The creative they were producing was pretty crappy. In fact, the video I’d produced myself was WAY better than anything they were churning out. After a while of getting losing results with their creative, they just started using my creative in their ads. BUT HERE’S THE KICKER: Two months in, I took a closer look into the profitability of individual campaigns. During those two months, my own campaigns (which I had set up prior to bringing on EmberTribe) had made $6,000 profit. EmberTribe’s campaigns had made $600 profit, despite having a larger ad budget than my campaigns. Yes, as a complete ads novice, I 10X’ed their results during the exact same timeframe. BUT EmberTribe also charged me $5,000 in agency fees, just about wiping out the entire profit of my own ad campaigns. When I approached them about the results, they “graciously” agreed to let me out of the final month of my contract, but when I asked if they’d be willing to refund any of the agency fees, I was politely declined. Essentially, they required me to take the risk for their lack of results. They made me $600, and took $5,000. As a fledgling business, it’s been tough trying to recover from that.

GBEmber Tribe is a game changer A colleague recommended Ember Tribe to us and the brand had a record year with stellar performance kpi's. The Ember Tribe team makes things easy to understand and communication has been incredible. I consider them part of the brand at this point and will continue to rely on their expertise.
