GBI bought this for my husband who has Huntington’s desease I bought this for my husband who has been nil by mouth for over 3 years and is late stages Huntington’s desease. I bought extra sachet as there are others in the care home who benefit from this little bit of taste again, my husband was like a bird asking for more and his face just spoke a million words , I love it, he loves it and all the residents who use it enjoy it too. Fabulous for peg fed people, coffee, juice , soup the list is endless if tastes which would have been lost to none fed people, my husband has even had a tot of whiskey and coke . Thankyou for this amazing invention

GBI was shocked to see my wife I was shocked to see my wife, who suffered a major haemorrhagic stroke some months ago, receive an obviously faulty product from Biozoon, with the device getting hot and melting on first use. Fortunately she was not touching or using it at the time. Following this, there have been endless problems getting her a replacement or refund. The customer service has been shockingly poor with insults aimed at the family member who ordered the product for my wife. Very disappointing company to deal with, I would not use them again and I certainly couldn’t recommend Biozoon to friends or colleagues.

GBIt was great to hear of a local… It was great to hear of a local supplier, who were responsive to the enquiry, and prompt to deliver what I needed.

GBA great opportunity to offer safe flavour Bought the kit to try with our previously independent 90 year old mother who is now PEG fed/hydrated. The hospital team offered no suggestions about quality of life aspects but from from mum's perspective, it was her priority... While it's still early days of trying flavours it's definitely been a hit: it offers a safe source of flavour, something that is greatly underestimated. So far gin and tonic has rated the best over wine and sherry... we plan to try other flavoursome fruit juices, the liquid part of french onion soup etc so it adds an element of fun and experimentation which also helps provide a new activity now that socialising can't include traditional food/drink. I would suggest purchasing additional sachets etc when buying the starter kit as it offers better opportunity for trial and error with flavours (and value for money due to relatively high P&P costs - we put in a separate order...) Health professionals should be thinking beyond safety and nutrition so it would be great if they could mention this option: it could in some small way reduce the massive impact on life without eating or drinking... Well done, Biozoon UK for thinking of the bigger picture
