OK & Product Received Not Branded CurlyTwistTM I am updating my this previous 1 star rating as curlytwist have responded to my previous email. However I still will only give 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. This is sold as a CurlyTwistTM product, yet nowhere on the product received (packaging/information leaflet/product itself) is there anything to indicate it is the CurlyTwisyTM product. I have tried to explain that I feel this is misleading and would expect to receive a product with the TM product details. I believe that this is a mass produced generic 5 in 1 Hair Dryer Brush set. Being sold my numerous companies (it's being advertised everywhere on Instagram and Facebook), all giving their own name to the same product. 2. I have tried the product. The hair dryer attachment is not great, the power is not very powerful or hot. The round brush tangles long hair. This best bit is the wand element that attracts your hair to it at the tip and provides lovely curls/waves which did last. That is the best bit of the product.

Good Having given negative review on here I have since received a promising email from Curly Twist with a Royal Mail tracking .number and I’m hopeful my order will arrive on Friday. I will review it when I receive it and am grateful for their explanation and honesty. Update: I received my order yesterday after initially feeling sceptical about whether I would, or whether it would be as advertised. I am pretty impressed with it - the air curling wand worked really well on my shoulder length hair. I did notice it got very hot so am hoping this doesn’t cause a problem. Pleased with my purchase for the price. Still think the website should state clearly that it won’t be delivered in 2-5 days from ordering and provide a customer service number for queries.

I'm really impressed by how this tool… I'm really impressed by how this tool styles my hair without extreme heat. My hair feels healthier and looks shinier, and I'm no longer worried about heat damage. It's gentle yet effective, offering peace of mind along with great results.

Gives amazing results with minimal… Gives amazing results with minimal heat, which is fantastic for hair health, though it means spending a bit more time on styling if you have thick hair like mine. A small trade-off for healthier hair.
