Good Having given negative review on here I have since received a promising email from Curly Twist with a Royal Mail tracking .number and I’m hopeful my order will arrive on Friday. I will review it when I receive it and am grateful for their explanation and honesty. Update: I received my order yesterday after initially feeling sceptical about whether I would, or whether it would be as advertised. I am pretty impressed with it - the air curling wand worked really well on my shoulder length hair. I did notice it got very hot so am hoping this doesn’t cause a problem. Pleased with my purchase for the price. Still think the website should state clearly that it won’t be delivered in 2-5 days from ordering and provide a customer service number for queries.

I bought the Multistyler on a friend's… I bought the Multistyler on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. It's incredibly easy to use and very efficient. I can dry my hair and style it in less than half the time it used to take me. It's also compact, making it perfect for travel. A must-have for any woman.

I’m upset I’m upset! I waited a long time for this, and it arrived in a box with just 5 in 1 on it, not Curly Twist. Worse, the loose pamphlet on top of the box says it’s the Magic Twist. I paid over $100 and feel scammed. I’m afraid to use it. Don’t know if it will spark or catch fire. I’m complaining to Facebook and my bank. Product received is not what I ordered. That’s the LAST Facebook ad for me!! Going to demand a payment reversal since I DID NOT receive the Curly Twist I ordered. I saw this exact item I received on Amazon for much less. This is a SCAM. I’m very upset,
