Customer service is ridiculous I wrote a review on here before and they are stating that I wore my extensions for a month. I started writing them two weeks after I had my extensions I took them out after a week of having them in with no response from anybody after writing or reviewing on here I was told if I took it down I would get $100 of my $400 of my extensions that I bought for my daughter and myself that knott up When they were in our hair . At this point, I do not want a gift card from them that they have offered me $70 and $30 gift cards. I am told if I take my review would’ve got 100. I do not want this to happen to anybody.

Loving my topper :) I was a little unsure of the color when I ordered my topper, but it looks so natural people are shocked when I tell them its a topper, It's easy to use and I was surprised how fast I got it. I would order again amd I tell people all the time where I got it. Thanks

Dissatisfied customer I purchased ktips from sunny thinking it was great hair. Had them installed on Thursday & by Friday night they were all brittle and dry. I baby my extensions & only washed them once in a week because I'm afraid there going to get worse. I'm question if it's real human hair. Real human hair would not get this way in less than 24 hours. If I could give this hair a negative star I would
