Dissatisfied customer I purchased ktips from sunny thinking it was great hair. Had them installed on Thursday & by Friday night they were all brittle and dry. I baby my extensions & only washed them once in a week because I'm afraid there going to get worse. I'm question if it's real human hair. Real human hair would not get this way in less than 24 hours.
