Good selection of items Have ordered from this company a few times. Only had to return an item once and blessedly did not experience the issues some others have had in returning an item. Love the pre-tied bandanas and have ordered many. One was not of the quality I expected and got a small hole in it after the first washing, but I stitched it closed and now am able to wear it again. Price wise they are comparable to others who offer similar products, not better than, so for the aforementioned issues they get a little less than a perfect rating.

Never received item When I first found the site via search engine, I asked a question that took ONE WEEK for them to reply to (with an unhelpful answer). I ordered an item anyway, and after 10 days emailed a query about why I hadn't received it. They sent me a 'tracking' page' showing a delivery to my zip code area, accompanied by a message that "It was delivered". I checked with the Post Office with no success, and let CYH know that if it HAD been delivered, it wasn't to me and would they re-ship? NO REPLY. AT ALL.

So Easy! The item arrived quickly, well-packaged, and best of all - I love the headbands and scarves I ordered! The colors were exactly as they were shown online, the quality is good, and the headbands are so easy to use. I definitely recommend the site, especially since the prices are great and they always seem to be running sales.

I ordered the set of 15 multi-colored… I ordered the set of 15 multi-colored hair nets. I received my order in two days...so complaint there. However, the colors that were pictured and featured on the Cover Your Hair website were not at all the colors I received. Instead of the somewhat pastels pictured I received all dark and florescent colors. Not happy! I have tried to reach them by email. So far it has been a week and I have yet to receive a response to my question as to why I did not receive what was represented to me that I would receive. I looked for any disclosures that would advise me that "at will" the company could make substitutions for products pictured and did not come across such information. Sadly, I am inclined to right this review...hoping it will catch the eye of someone who can explain this deception or error in the shipment I received.

They had a variety of items and colors. Sometimes the wait time was long but in general it was alright. Spellng mistkaes: gud, pricd, ther, wait.
