I ordered the set of 15 multi-colored… I ordered the set of 15 multi-colored hair nets. I received my order in two days...so complaint there. However, the colors that were pictured and featured on the Cover Your Hair website were not at all the colors I received. Instead of the somewhat pastels pictured I received all dark and florescent colors. Not happy! I have tried to reach them by email. So far it has been a week and I have yet to receive a response to my question as to why I did not receive what was represented to me that I would receive. I looked for any disclosures that would advise me that "at will" the company could make substitutions for products pictured and did not come across such information. Sadly, I am inclined to right this review...hoping it will catch the eye of someone who can explain this deception or error in the shipment I received.

I am a repeat customer, therefore the service is always great! I am always happy with the products that I purchase from Coveryourhair, they are honest and they ship fast! They are honest and legit.... I love the pretied haircovers, very conveinant for going Shabbat service, I wish they would make the tails on some much longer so I can wrap them up like a Tichel.... that would be perfect, instead of actually always having to mess with tying the whole Tichel.

Great Turbans I had purchased a pack from on online retailer, and they were out of stock. My sister fell in love with them so I had to track them down. Found the identical items from the manufacturer on Coveryourhair.com, plus additional offerings. Wear them around the house, out while shopping, and anywhere that I do not want to wear a baseball cap. Great material. Wonderful selection of colors. Great Items, shipping and processing issues! I love the items that I received from coveryourhair.com, however, like the last 2 times I have placed an order, there were some issues. I placed an order on a Sunday, paying for 1 day shipping. My items did not arrive until Friday, and that was only after 2 angry emails and a followup angry phone call. Their customer service rep on the phone was wonderful to work with and made sure to take care of my issues.
