My Customized Order was placed on 3/10/24, Sunday with Free Shipping USPS Advantage received Wednesday, 3/13/24. Best ever from CA to OH! Utilized both contact methods for a technical monetary oversight between Checkout and Paypal. eSalon's Customer Service responded ASAP via email and resolved the issue. And, it was nice to speak with the Service Rep day of resolution. Very kind, courteous, resourceful, and empathetic.

The products have all been great but... The products have all been great, as far as conditioning, packaging, look, smell, and value, but my bleached-blonde hair is stained blue from using the intense coloring treatment several times. I also found it very weird that the light purple color washes out to a blue color rather than a neutralizing grey-ish color like most purples do. I will continue to use the products because they seem healthier for my hair than other color products, but keep in mind that the more intense colors do not wash out of bleached hair on their own. (Like most other brands.)

Aura = AMAZING The previews so I knew what to expect were great. The timely shipping is great. The response time from staff is great. The product quality (tinted masque and tinted conditioner) is AMAZING! Definitely haven’t found any other product that is “safe” (free of harsh and damaging toxins) and has such vibrant and lasting colors!

I absolutely love everything about… I absolutely love everything about Aura! I use both the masque and conditioner with pigment (bold Miami pink and bold London Red) and not only does my hair look and feel amazing (it really does what it says-volumize, moisturize, smooth, repair, curl enhancer), but the color is also incredible-my hair is vibrant pink and red and it's naturally medium brown w/grey and white and it holds the color so well. It lasts a while with not frequent applications. Plus it's a quick delivery and you can put a personalized name on your product which I really like. I really couldn't be happier with the products plus I feel they care for environment which matters to me. Thanks guys- you are awesome!

Overall great experience I was using the wrong formula for my shampoo for a while, but once I fixed it I've been loving the results! My only gripe about the subscription service is that I generally take forever to finish off my product, and the longest time apart for the subscription is four months. I wish there was a six+ month distance option, because I have a bunch of shampoo that I haven't used because I haven't finished my first bottle that I got about nine months ago. However this is a great brand with an easy-to-use website, and I've loved the products so far!
