Appointment date given is a random one but year is most current. Always come away feeling perfect and never had to ‘tinker’ to get hair how I wanted it. Couldn’t see myself going anywhere else to be honest. So Went to book in recently for my biyearly tidy up and now gone into a total panic cos the salon is closed for what looks like a refurb! Jonathan where are you my lovely? lol

Excellent Service Executive - Yogita Myself Ria, I have gone through several products earlier but none of them gave such results like Toni and guy. The service that I availed with Yogita was too good, She's so kind and passionate about her doings Her suggestions towards my hair growth is working well, I would definitely suggest my fellow colleagues and friends to get excellent Service here

Reading salon Visited Reading branch this morning. Got sat in a seat and brought a glass of water then ignored for 25 minutes. No one introduced them self or advised they were running late. 2 employees noticed me sitting in a gown and were looking at me and chatting but not a word to me.I gave this salon a second chance after 7 years, never again. Absolutely shocking lack of customer service

Birthday hair day I had a great experience at Kensington Toni & Guy, I feel my hair was very well looked after. Not being well experienced with having my hair coloured I was kindly advised and ended up with a pretty coloured, natural looking balayage and cool cut. Definitely going to go bolder next time! Charley made my birthday colour and cut feel very special. Thank you :)

The whole team is friendly and welcoming & I absolutely loved my bubbly hair washer whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. I’d definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back ✨✨
