As someone who has been losing hair for a very long time and failed to acknowledge it this experience made me feel so excited for my hair journey. The staff at natural hair transplants (Scarlet, Charles, Jenny) made me feel right at home the entire time. I was nervous about the anesthesia process but it was very tolerable and Dr Siegel made me feel so comfortable and confident in this procedure. Everything was explained in fine detail, I was provided food and listened to music and talked with the staff the entire time. During the procedure he kept me as comfortable as possible. We talked and I watched movies. After the procedure the doctor and his staff called several times to confirm I was doing well and that I was clear about the steps of aftercare. His professionalism was off the charts.
