Dr. Siegel and Team Are Awesome: Seamless Experience Dr. Siegel and his team are more than awesome. If I can described my experience it would be seamless, professional, and stress-free. I was nervous having such a life changing hair transplant, which my hair insecurities have plagued me for awhile, but they made the day fun. From the upbeat staff who greeted me, the professional explanation of each step of the process, and just phenomenal attention to detail during the procedure. I love everything about this clinic and look forward to my results. I flew all the way from Texas, and after watching many youtube videos of African American women who looked like me, it gave me great confidence to choose this clinic. If you have struggle edges, stop the potions and oils and go to Natural Transplants in Fort Lauderdale.

Unclear and confusing communication I had such a bizarre experience with Natural Transplants recently. I had two consultations with Dr. Blumenthal (one virtual and one in person) and one follow-up conversation after I decided to pay a deposit for the procedure. In every conversation, I was reassured that our expectations were aligned and that Natural Transplants would be able to give me the results I wanted. Following these conversations, I paid my deposit, scheduled my appointment, made the financial arrangements, and took the necessary time off from work. 10 days before my scheduled procedure, Jerry, the sales representative, called me and told me that after a subsequent conversation with Dr. Blumenthal, they thought that I should hold off on getting the procedure due to "nervousness and anxiousness." He kept repeating this phrase and circling any real answer. I ended up canceling the procedure. Do I think I was nervous and anxious, yes, but not necessarily more so than the average patient who is about to get a permanent procedure? I believe I asked the appropriate questions and felt reassured by the answers Dr. Blumenthal provided. In hindsight, I do think he was just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear and later backtracked and blamed it on me. Additionally, their "HUE" procedure is just a rebranded FUT that they charge a FUE price (I was quoted $10k for a "35cm2 strip containing 6,000 hair follicles"). Do not waste your time with these guys, they are super cagey and not transparent in their communication.

It’s the dramatic results for me! Not only did I have a wonderful experience in their Fort Lauderdale clinic (everyone was so friendly and professional, everything was explained very clearly and they literally anticipated and catered to all of my needs) but at only 6 months post-procedure, I am SHOOK by how amazing my hairline looks!! Listen. These people are the real deal. I wish I could post my before and after pictures to show the dramatic increase in density I now have around my hairline/edges due to this procedure. Thank you Dr. Huebner and staff!!

Absolutely worth it Where do I start? Firstly, this was my second procedure with Dr. Siegal and his team. And it is not because he did anything wrong but I had a blank canvas my edges were nonexistent so I knew there was a possibility I would need two procedures to get the density I personally desired. There is never a dull moment with these guys they will take care of you from the time you enter the facility until years later. Jenny and Scarlet are amazing they are very knowledgeable of what they are doing they are so down to earth, and they don't treat you like just another patient you are treated like V.I.P. I highly recommend Dr. Siegal don't hesitate to get your consultation invest in yourself!!! There is a reason why he is Mister Edges let him get you right!!!
