Shop elsewhere -I placed an order on January 4 I placed an order on January 4. Money was taken right away. I emailed on January 12 for a follow up. Never received an update or tracking number. Response January 13-:I would like to inform you that your ordered product is confirmed and will be shipped by today or max by Monday. After this experience, I will return to my original supply store!

Excellent Customer Service I spoke with Zach and he was so helpful!!! My daughter has alopecia and wears a wig every day so Zach provided me with assistance to ensure we could order a wig that is economical yet looks like real hair and in a style and Color that is realistic for her complexion. I was expecting to wait a long time… I was expecting to wait a long time but it wasn't I got everything I ordered and was surprised they actually had mayde hair because no other store on line had it and at a very good price one beauty will now be my go to weave place I was very satisfied. Also they made me feel welcomed and appreciated with a email I spend a lot of money online for hair but never felt welcome for my business. Durable| Will Purchase Again The quality of wigs makes for a durable wig that can lasts for months. It simply requires using a flat iron after months of wear. I usually purchase the "Bang Blunt 18 in Destiny Premium Realistic Fiber Full Wig", color 1B. My last purchase I ordered color P1B30. I love the color. However, I used priority shipping, and the product arrived the same time as the regular shipping option. I also noticed that the color P1B30 is a bit fluffy and doesn't respond as well even with the use of a flat iron. I hardly wear this newly purchased wig and resort to the color 1B, that I have been using for more than 6 months. I will continue shopping at One Beauty World; however, I will think twice about using priority shipping.

At first when I had ordered the package… At first when I had ordered the package I did not receive any information and after reading the reviews was concerned. It turns out that they had responded to me, sent me an invoice, and gave me a tracker number on my other account. I guess by mistake I might've signed up with my e-mail. Anyways, even though it took awhile for it to arrive, it did! The wig is in great condition, beautifully packaged, and grateful for the prompt response!
