I recently visited onebeautyworld.com I recently visited onebeautyworld.com. My experience was actually almost good! The website was quite user friendly and I was able to find what I was lookin for. The checkout process was easy and I had no difficulty in making the purchace. It was good value for money but I did spot more than a few spelling misteaks on the website. That was pretty annoying but the overall experience was quite satisfactory.

Great Selection Fast Delivery Not only was I able to find the color and brand of braid hair I wanted but it was also at a very reasonable price! Additionally, my order came faster than I expected. I ordered it and it literally came the next day to my doorstep! I will definitely order from Onebeautyworld again!

Constantly lists items as in stock when they clearly don't have them... Extremely frustrating that they list items in stock when they clearly don't have them. It took over a month for me to receive an order that I placed and I had to keep chasing them down for order updates. They kept telling me that the order would ship out on a certain date and those dates came and went several times. Will look for a different site to order hair items from in the future.

Priority Mail not honored I requested and paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day on Thursday, 8 June. Even after waiting 24-48 hours for processing, the product should have been received no later than 13 June (given the weekend). However, I did not receive my product until 14 June. I requested a reimbursement for the difference in shipping cost since I did not receive the order according to the 1-day privilege. After several emails, I was told on 13 June that the issue was being raised to management for the partial refund. I have not heard anything since that time.
