gold star as far as online sites go!!! my package was delivered way quicker than I thought it would be. and was a fair price for the actual products. shipping was a little expensive for my liking however it is what it is. the chat customer support was pretty good when I had questions and the tracking service is bang on point so all in all yea 5 stars. good on ya keep up the good service and products 🙂

What I appreciate the most... What I appreciate the most is their selections of colors. When I placed my first order I was worried about it being obvious and not matching my hair....the opposite happened. It looked so natural and blended so well into my hair that ppl didn't ever realize I put them in. I'm on my second order as I wanted to try out a wavy style.

Absolute rubbish company Absolute rubbish company! I paid for express delivery over £15 last last Friday 2-3 day delivery and still haven’t received my order! Emails are not answered and now started another attempt at a chat and was told I’ll be refunded £5! My client has been waiting it’s been stressful! I have never known such a disfunctional company!!! I will never use them again!!!!!

Customer service & refund policy Normally I don’t have a problem with hair and its quality, however I contacted them a few months ago regarding some bad quality hair and they wouldn’t replace or give a refund. The customer had only had the hair in 5 weeks and it had all snapped off. That shouldn’t happen in 5 weeks. They need to change their refund policy if a customer has evidence of bad quality or damaged hair

My 5th time ordering from here My 5th time ordering from here, 2 full heads per year of the nano ring 24” red extensions, they are just perfect EVERYTIME! The length is amazing and the quality is second to none, the nano links are basically invisible and no one knows it’s not my real hair, perfect colour match aswell!! by far the best extensions I’ve ever used and will continue to purchase from market hair extensions!
