We decided not to proceed with the production of our video hours after submitting payment and have battled for over 3 months to be reimbursed. Their "100% money back guarantee" is 100% fraudulent. It's been a horrible experience. We're processing a dispute with our credit card provider as they obviously refuse to refund us... all while smiling and lying to us with promises of cheques in the mail. Thanks for the incredible WASTE of our time and energy Video Jeeves. I hope you go out of business.

The transitions!!! The transitions, effects, and overall video editing process aligned with my vision. They were a cooperative team who understood the project brief really well. I must say that my experience working with Video Jeeves has left me genuinely impressed.

Excellent Project Delivered In A Tight Deadline The team at VideoJeeves were excellent to work with and delivered our project on an extremely tight deadline. I have already recommended them to other companies who have commented on our video. The team took our direction and presented us with a script that took very minor edits, they were fast and clear with their communication. You are in good hands with them, and I look forward to working with them again.

Scam - held my site ransom - do not engage them I paid VideoJeeves $800 to build a simple website. When complete, for simplicity, I paid VideoJeeves to host my site. Unfortunately, on far too many occasions, I would check on the site and it would be down. One time it took them over a week to get the site back up. Due to the very poor hosting experience, I decided to transfer my 3 page, simple site. Even though the contract calls for the work product to be delivered to me, VideoJeeves will not give me the files without paying a $999 ransom. I know have to pay to have my site recreated. This company now sounds like a couple individuals on cell phones and gmail accounts scamming its customer. Stay clear from this company. Far too many choices. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

Incredible Customer Service & Professional Quality My team and I spent more time discussing what animation vendor to use than the amount of time it took Chris and his team to produce our 3 videos. We had read some negative comments and were initially a bit concerned about working with Video Jeeves. We quickly we learned that those concerns were unfounded. We are thrilled with the final product and impressed by the immediate responsiveness to every concern we raised. We intend to use Video Jeeves for our future projects and would recommend them to anyone.
