Incredible Customer Service & Professional Quality My team and I spent more time discussing what animation vendor to use than the amount of time it took Chris and his team to produce our 3 videos. We had read some negative comments and were initially a bit concerned about working with Video Jeeves. We quickly we learned that those concerns were unfounded. We are thrilled with the final product and impressed by the immediate responsiveness to every concern we raised. We intend to use Video Jeeves for our future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

A great explainer video experience Our firm needed to create a couple of fresh explainer videos. I looked at several vendors and chose Video Jeeves. They were super responsive and fast. I gave them our script with several concepts for illustrations and they ran with it. We only have one round of revisions and our President is very happy with the results. Thank you. The transitions!!! The transitions, effects, and overall video editing process aligned with my vision. They were a cooperative team who understood the project brief really well. I must say that my experience working with Video Jeeves has left me genuinely impressed.

Really bad results (nice guys but...)… Really bad results (nice guys but...) on a simple white-boarding project. Multiple spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and we (customer) had to write scripts, review multiple times and in many cases had to correct edits that were not done right 2 or 3 times. Very frustrating and time consuming. Multiple project manager which caused "re-dos" on many occasions. At the end of the project all involved I'm sure were totally fed-up with the project. On a positive note, VJ is VERY reasonably priced!

Video Jeeves did a very nice job… Video Jeeves did a very nice job creating a 60 second video for us. It took much longer than we expected but to be fair we made many corrections along the way. Hats off to the project manager, Harold John, who was very patient and supportive throughout the entire process.
