GBThe only issue I had was figuring out… The only issue I had was figuring out how to update and load pictures and information onto the site. The interface was a little tricky. Also, I did not know ahead of time the space allowed for the description of the property and ended up having cut information out. It would be good to know ahead of time. I also did not know that MLS required me to measure each room...no biggy because I was still living locally. I did provide the buyers agent the usual and customary 3%, but still ended up saving thousands of dollars. Our attorney provided the standard forms for real estate transactions.

GBThis set up is very dishonest This set up is very dishonest. You sign up with USRealty and your information is sold to other people. We've had terrible experiences with hundreds of unwanted emails. Plus, the person assigned to help us sell our home often did not return messages from area agents. It was HUGE MISTAKE to go through them. Run. You'll be terribly disappointed if you let these folks even have your email address.

No realtor fees (which could have easily cost over $12,000). When Selling your own home without a realtor, it's important to have quality pictures and a well written description, but USRealty did exactly what I wanted---posted my house, my pictures, my words on MLS. GBSuccesful Transaction Overall, it was a financially successful arrangement that was confusing to maneuver and internal staff was not hat helpful. I had to call three time before someone explained my agents name and gave me his e-mail. Once I received it, I emailed person with no response. However, whenever I need the agent to sign a document, it occurred with 30 minutes, which was amazing. If you are willing to maneuver with some frustration, will save you many thousands of dollars.
