GBEasy enough and saved a lot Fairly easy process. My package included the ability to adjust my listing and change price as often as needed. I was able to save over $6,000 on selling commissions by paying only the buyer’s agent a standard commission. My only advice is that if you are not familiar with laws and regulations for selling your home, pay a little bit and talk with the broker and/or have him review your listing to ensure you aren’t violating any laws.

GBThe only issue I had was figuring out… The only issue I had was figuring out how to update and load pictures and information onto the site. The interface was a little tricky. Also, I did not know ahead of time the space allowed for the description of the property and ended up having cut information out. It would be good to know ahead of time. I also did not know that MLS required me to measure each room...no biggy because I was still living locally. I did provide the buyers agent the usual and customary 3%, but still ended up saving thousands of dollars. Our attorney provided the standard forms for real estate transactions.

GBUSRealty is perfect for FSBO After getting a couple glitches worked out in the beginning, the listing with USREALTY worked great for the sale of my house. No realtor fees (which could have easily cost over $12,000). When Selling your own home without a realtor, it's important to have quality pictures and a well written description, but USRealty did exactly what I wanted---posted my house, my pictures, my words on MLS. GBRead the fine print!!!! Read the fine print, you get charged every time you change your listings, the listings are hard to read, limited pictures, and constantly emailing trying to sell you add on crap. There are many companies that do the same as USRealty, try them, one good thing I can say we went with the upper package, on our closing we only owed them $300.00 not a percentage of sale.
