Invaluable for the FSBO Crowd I fully recommend USRealty.com for those looking to list their house by themselves but still want to appear on the MLS. It's fast, affordable, customer service is great when you need them and, most importantly, buyers' realtors are willing to work with you much more than when they see "For Sale By Owner." For your reference, we were given a closing estimates sheet from a local realtor where our take home would be $9,800. Yesterday, we closed and took home $21,000.

Read the fine print!!!! Read the fine print, you get charged every time you change your listings, the listings are hard to read, limited pictures, and constantly emailing trying to sell you add on crap. There are many companies that do the same as USRealty, try them, one good thing I can say we went with the upper package, on our closing we only owed them $300.00 not a percentage of sale.

The only issue I had was figuring out… The only issue I had was figuring out how to update and load pictures and information onto the site. The interface was a little tricky. Also, I did not know ahead of time the space allowed for the description of the property and ended up having cut information out. It would be good to know ahead of time. I also did not know that MLS required me to measure each room...no biggy because I was still living locally. I did provide the buyers agent the usual and customary 3%, but still ended up saving thousands of dollars. Our attorney provided the standard forms for real estate transactions.

This set up is very dishonest This set up is very dishonest. You sign up with USRealty and your information is sold to other people. We've had terrible experiences with hundreds of unwanted emails. Plus, the person assigned to help us sell our home often did not return messages from area agents. It was HUGE MISTAKE to go through them. Run. You'll be terribly disappointed if you let these folks even have your email address.
