Centratel Supports our Customer Service Centratel Answering Service has allowed our service based business to field customer calls 24/7, supporting our customer service when we can not. They are very responsive to our needs and have helped customized our experience for our customers.

Pretty easy to work with Pretty easy to work with. I have a few customers that have had issues with answering service so I've requested the recordings. I've noticed that the enthusiasm of the operators isn't always what I'd like to hear but they always maintain a professional attitude even when my customer is being unreasonable. An unethustic answer scores a 4-star rating but it is bumped to a 5-star for maintaining professionalism in the midst of negativity.
