GBPretty good for the most part Pretty good for the most part. Occasionally you will get the operators that fat finger the keyboard and type in incorrect spellings of people's names, addresses or phone numbers. I have had customers complain that the operators are sometimes too robotic and the way they speak to the customer. But then again I've had customers complement deficiency.
