Great customer service, could be docs tho Not used the mail sending part much yet, tho I'm sure it's fine :) Service very good. Quick and clear customer response. Docs could have explained it a bit better and then I'd not have needed to ask them! (Flex plan can be selected if you don't send a lot of email - just get the trial, then unsubscribe from it before it runs out, and switch to flex plan)

While we are not the biggest account… While we are not the biggest account with Mailgun, the support team has always gotten back to me in a timely fashion. The last support call Mailgun helped our team in a big way by evaluating our current configuration and enabled a setting for us that made all the difference to enhance our workflow and made our business look polished. Thanks

The support is really good! The support is really good, either by chat or email. Shared IP's, in my experience are often blacklisted, so that's why I give 4 stars. We switched to a static IP because of this.

Mailgun blocked mail relay access due to an unsafe issue but this was quickly resolved Mailgun blocked mail relay access because there was an unsafe situation. But they responded quickly via email, gave us the correct information to investigate the issue. We were able to explain what happened and the mail relay was re-enabled. I previously working with Sendgrid, had a similar issue and their support was super slow and not supportive at all. I ended up moving to Mailgun and I do not regret the move.

Terrible experience. Terrible experience. I went and signed up with their free trial, but had to put card details in. Their own onboarding emails to me went to my junk mail - pretty terrible email delivery considering they are an email sender!! This gave me no confidence in their platform, or that my own emails would be delivered. As such, I sent them an email cancelling - which I got an acknowledgment for. A month later - I get billed.... Avoid - they can't deliver emails, and they will bill you after you cancel.
