Quality of service The consistency in mails sent without failures is great and able to customize our email templates with ease . Also, the support are doing great job with quick response and able to help .

Setup with MailGun was Quick and Easy Setup with MailGun was quick and easy. I contacted support to work through a couple of issues. Support quickly resolved those issues and had our new SMTP sender functioning in short order.

The last support call Mailgun helped our team in a big way by evaluating our current configuration and enabled a setting for us that made all the difference to enhance our workflow and made our business look polished. Mailgun blocked mail relay access due to an unsafe issue but this was quickly resolved Mailgun blocked mail relay access because there was an unsafe situation. But they responded quickly via email, gave us the correct information to investigate the issue. We were able to explain what happened and the mail relay was re-enabled. I previously working with Sendgrid, had a similar issue and their support was super slow and not supportive at all. I ended up moving to Mailgun and I do not regret the move.
