Because we have a multi-office, multi-doctor facility, we were very concerned about patients being scheduled incorrectly or with the wrong doctor. We created a hybrid approach where WellReceived gathers information and puts it into a message que and our team is able to efficiently work through the messages to schedule our patients very efficiently.
