GBI've been with Incrementum for years and I have no plans to change. I've been with Incrementum for years now and I'm still very satisfied with their service. I feel like for the attention they give the price is very fair. Their communication is great. Your account rep can usually have a live meeting within 24 hours. And they use slack for all other communication and reply times are always very quick (usually from minutes to a few short hours). Thanks so much for your management Incrementum!

ILGreat Amazon PPC Partner As a brand manager at Upsellon (Amazon aggregator), I hired Incrementum Digital to manage Amazon PPC for one of our challenging brands. I requested audits from several Amazon PPC agencies, and no one came close to what I received from ID. They also provided a forecast and were committed to doing whatever was required to test the results against it. This ability reflects their high integrity and is far from what I could receive from any other service provider in the field. I was assigned to work with Haider, Juan, and Arib. These guys were available every day, with a note of a few hours, and also during the weekends, closely responding to my requests to constantly adjust and react to TACOS goals changes. The team also worked with unexpected sales velocity, changing drastically daily, with many stock issues. The board was also involved in critical points, reassessing the strategy when needed. Great value for money. I highly recommend hiring them.

GBDon't believe the hype In my opinion, the best way to think of Incrementum Digital is basically, a company that knows how to market itself and its founder, that sells less than OK PPC services that is run by people that are nice yet inexperienced and overworked. They really put themselves out there. The founder is always pumping very useful info and news all over social media. Getting on all the hottest podcasts. But the PPC (and Perpetua, the software they use) is pretty bad. I was sad to find out that there is no real carryover between their stellar marketing and the services they provide. To make things worse, they refuse to help whatsoever on things that are very relevant & easy yet tremendously helpful, like advising KW to include in your listing. "Not my job." The staff seem overloaded. You have to beg and beg and beg them to do anything. And by the time they answer, they have already forgotten key tenets about your brand that you had already explained five times. It seems that their goal is to plug you in to the awful software and to let it ride. After we parted ways, I audited their work. Really bad. Like REALLY bad. Tons of spend on completely irrelevant and non-converting KW. Like, were they even monitoring this? What was I paying for exactly? They also seemed to overly target easy softball KW, and not expensive harder to rank, but more rewarding KW so they can show a good ACOS each month. Speaking of which, their reports are very nicely made- gotta give them that. However you spin it, you shouldn't consider your PPC rep to be a part of your team. My advice, would be for less than their price you can hire a full time VA to spend 40+ hours a week on your PPC. I wouldn't feel so compelled to write this review, except I constantly see the founder pushing Incrementum in the Amazon FBA social media world. A constant reminder that expectations were far far far from reality for me.
