I requested audits from several Amazon PPC agencies, and no one came close to what I received from ID. They also provided a forecast and were committed to doing whatever was required to test the results against it. This ability reflects their high integrity and is far from what I could receive from any other service provider in the field. I was assigned to work with Haider, Juan, and Arib. These guys were available every day, with a note of a few hours, and also during the weekends, closely responding to my requests to constantly adjust and react to TACOS goals changes.
