GBSkeptic to huge fan Very impressed with DealForce and their ability to deliver. About a month in and we've already closed a very high-level new client account, with several more active in the pipeline. We've tried a number of pay-per-lead and outbound vendors over the years, but nothing so far has compared to the quality and consistency of conversations with the exact prospects we're wanting to meet with like DealForce.

GBGreat first experience They're really great to work with. First time working with a lead gen company like this, but nevertheless they have generated much more interest and meetings than I thought possible. The ROI comes from you, the sales person, and whether you can accurately profile your ICP and then close the sale.

GBAll that glitters is not gold *I have updated this review to remove any names* PROS: They book meetings. They are somewhat transparent about the process. They are reasonably communicative. CONS: "leads" are actually paid to take your calls. The business model is slightly predatory. The qualification process is very low. DealForce has a “no refund” policy. I booked six calls with Dealforce over the span of 2 months. In the end, my experience with DealForce was unsettling. The leads were unqualified and the process was misleading/predatory. When I learned that some of my leads were actually paid $100 to “just watch a demo” (their words) I realized I was just throwing money away. I kind of feel "duped," which is never a good feeling (but always a valuable lesson!) Dealforce originally reached out to me as a pay-per meeting lead-gen service. When I first hopped on a call with them, they assured me that I would only pay for meetings that took place and were of high quality. If I had any issues with any meetings, I wouldn’t have to pay for them. When I actually started booking meetings with them however, I was told any meeting that I agreed to take, I would be charged for. No refunds whatsoever. I had a hunch that my "leads" were being compensated, so I asked DealForce. To my surprise, they were somewhat upfront about it. They told me that they did indeed sometimes offer a gift card. When I asked for the $$ value, it took about 3 follow up emails (my account rep ignored my question a few times) but she finally admitted it can be anywhere from $25-$100. Based on this information, and some of the calls I have had, I think the Dealforce business model is as follows: 1) Reach out to people on LinkedIn offering them a gift card to take a demo call (aka very low qualification.) 2) Pocket the difference between what they have to pay the "lead" and what I pay for the meeting. At the end of the day, DealForce is in the business of booking appointments. There is no guarantee whatsoever that the leads will be remotely qualified and my guess is that the vast majority of my leads were offered $100 compensation. I think if anything, DealForce does a good job of selling you on the “what if?” What if just ONE of these calls turns into a sale? However after booking 6 meetings, it became quite apparent to me that that “what if” is very similar to the "what if" when you buy a lottery ticket. The odds are not even remotely in your favor. If you’re a business owner, DealForce MIGHT be worth it if you’re looking to PRACTICE your sales pitch. Or if you can commit really extensive funds to book a TON of meetings. Otherwise, I would pass. There's a reason all of these "glowing reviews" lack any kind of specifics.

GBVery affordable; no monthly or admin fees Been working with Dealforce for a while. What I love most is there are no monthly fees or admin fees; I only pay if a meeting takes place. The cost is reasonable for businesses with extremely tight budgets *and* I was lucky enough to be paired with a rockstar named Mary. She is very helpful and brings me the kinds of meetings I ask for.

GBGood experience for appointment setting service So far, my experience with DealForce is pretty good in terms of setting up appointments. Generally, their selection of the target company is accurate. I have been using them for last two months. I haven't yet closed any deal through them, though some conversations are in advance stages. Just going by appointment setting service, I would rate them pretty high.
