High quality leads from Dealforce SDRs Lorenzo is a great SDR rep to work with. I get consistent high quality leads every week. Dealforce definitely removes the hassle from me of finding the right prospects. They hunt them for you very fast.

Best LeadGen Team we’ve worked with We have worked with other lead generation firms in the past that had used monthly fees. In all cases, we parted ways because these firms were either unable to hit their commitments or then their callers got desperate and booked meetings that were simply unproductive. DealForce has been a pleasant change. Their pricing structure is more than fair and they deliver as promised. Lorenzo is our assigned rep - and he clearly communicates and gets approval before booking a meeting with a prospect. We have recommended their services to a number of others already and will continue to do so without hesitation.

All that glitters is not gold *I have updated this review to remove any names* PROS: They book meetings. They are somewhat transparent about the process. They are reasonably communicative. CONS: "leads" are actually paid to take your calls. The business model is slightly predatory. The qualification process is very low. DealForce has a “no refund” policy. I booked six calls with Dealforce over the span of 2 months. In the end, my experience with DealForce was unsettling. The leads were unqualified and the process was misleading/predatory. When I learned that some of my leads were actually paid $100 to “just watch a demo” (their words) I realized I was just throwing money away. I kind of feel "duped," which is never a good feeling (but always a valuable lesson!) Dealforce originally reached out to me as a pay-per meeting lead-gen service. When I first hopped on a call with them, they assured me that I would only pay for meetings that took place and were of high quality. If I had any issues with any meetings, I wouldn’t have to pay for them. When I actually started booking meetings with them however, I was told any meeting that I agreed to take, I would be charged for. No refunds whatsoever. I had a hunch that my "leads" were being compensated, so I asked DealForce. To my surprise, they were somewhat upfront about it. They told me that they did indeed sometimes offer a gift card. When I asked for the $$ value, it took about 3 follow up emails (my account rep ignored my question a few times) but she finally admitted it can be anywhere from $25-$100. Based on this information, and some of the calls I have had, I think the Dealforce business model is as follows: 1) Reach out to people on LinkedIn offering them a gift card to take a demo call (aka very low qualification.) 2) Pocket the difference between what they have to pay the "lead" and what I pay for the meeting. At the end of the day, DealForce is in the business of booking appointments. There is no guarantee whatsoever that the leads will be remotely qualified and my guess is that the vast majority of my leads were offered $100 compensation. I think if anything, DealForce does a good job of selling you on the “what if?” What if just ONE of these calls turns into a sale? However after booking 6 meetings, it became quite apparent to me that that “what if” is very similar to the "what if" when you buy a lottery ticket. The odds are not even remotely in your favor. If you’re a business owner, DealForce MIGHT be worth it if you’re looking to PRACTICE your sales pitch. Or if you can commit really extensive funds to book a TON of meetings. Otherwise, I would pass. There's a reason all of these "glowing reviews" lack any kind of specifics.

Review of DealForce I've been using DealForce for less than a month, but have seen a large increase in booked sales calls with interested parties. They have been actual sales calls, and not as many exploratory conversations. They were with clients actually looking for what I can offer. Leona, my main contact has listened to any questions and concerns that I had, and has made me confident that I should continuing with the process. I've been satisfied so far this first month, and am looking forward to see how it goes in the coming months.

DealForce.io Rocks I work with Steph Mendoza, who has been an absolute dream to work with. She is attentive and super professional. After the first few meetings, I asked her to add some qualifying questions, which she immediately implemented. The meetings have been well-qualified, and everyone (mainly CEOs) has attended the scheduled meetings. I have used these types of services in the past and was not happy. Dealforce and Steph seem to be an exception to what I have experienced.
