Been ordering from Pens.Com for over 15… Been ordering from Pens.Com for over 15 years. Quality of stylus pens is excellent and my patients love them. Cost per pen has crept upward however

I am very disappointed with this order I am very disappointed with this order. First, the tracking link provided didn't work, I had to call pens.com for the tracking number. When I tracked my order it said that it was delayed, I called pens.com and your representative called UPS, she said I was getting my order in 2 days, long story short, I ended up driving 20 miles (each way) to get the package from the UPS warehouse. The cups I ordered was another disappointment, I was expecting hard plastic and a vibrant color, instead, I got this soft-plastic cups and the color is dull. This is not what I was expecting at all.

Always Reliable and Quality Pens Easy navigation of the website and shipping, even the basic 'no-rush' was fast (within a week). The only issue was the lack if color and print combinations. Couldn't get white lettering on certain background pen colors.
