Never again Placed an order. Received an e-mail saying the product was not available. Received another e-mail stating my order was shipped. Not sure what changed, purchased product from another vendor so now we have way more than we need. Also the pens are awful. They don't write or skip while you write. Such a pain, customers are even complaining.

The font size was not an option and… The font size was not an option and this printing was smaller than the last time I had ordered pens from you. No where did it share the other expenses involved with ordering until check out. I’m a bit embarrassed to hand out the pens with such small print on them.
