GBPoor customer experience My experience with the dark matter team was less than enjoyable both at the New England saltwater fishing expo and during the purchase of my rod. I wanted a custom rod but was pushed towards the IO. I'm not happy with it bc it is not what I wanted but I figured I'd give it a shot because dark matter has a good reputation. I'm sure it will do it's job but I don't think I would purchase another dark matter rod in the future.
